American's not sleeping well

~ Were NotWHY ? ~

In a new poll conducted by the National Sleep Foundation a group between the ages of 23 and 60 reported only 19% slept very good. The balance 5% very bad, 19% fairly bad and 57% fairly good.
On the other end of the spectrum, almost one-quarter of respondents rate their overall sleep quality as very bad or bad. And that's bad. But it does offer a big opportunity for the industry to help some of those consumers turn things around with a better mattress and a better night of sleep.

In today's world the mattress is one issue that can be made to work. If you are sleeping on a mattress that is over 8 years old your not getting the latest and best sleep technology. If you look at the changes that both Serta and Tempurpedic have made it truly is the difference of night and day. With the advancement of new foams and spring units getting a mattress fit is very do-able. Come visit American Mattress Galley and see just how comfortable a mattress can be. Dress casual but please no jeans. If you have a favorite pillow- Bring it along. Give your self plenty of time to connect with the perfect mattress and you'll sleep well for years.

Try the new ISeries and IComfort, you won't believe the difference
