Sleep, are you getting enough ? ? ? ?

How did you enjoy the extra hour of Sleep last night ?

For most of America the answer is sadly no. To many people are making do or getting by and not really putting the importance on their mattress that it deserves. If you haven't purchased a new mattress in the last 7 or 8 years you won't believe the changes. Just like the computer and automobile industry the mattress industry has made huge changes. You owe it to yourself to experience those changes and see just how much better life can be.

A few tips on mattress shopping.

1. Dress in something light and comfortable, NOT JEANS.
2. If you have a favorite pillow bring it along.
3. Try to come in on a day when your feeling well and have the time to try Mattresses.
4. The target you should aim for in a new mattress is the feeling of floating with out feeling            any pressure in your favorite sleep position(s). It's that pressure / sinking /  feeling that              causes you to turn over and over and over and disrupting your sleep.
5.  If your mattress is a few years old and your thinking about a guest room bed try moving            that to the guest room and treating yourself to something you will really enjoy. It's what we       call a Win Win.
